The SWT-NS700 was introduced specifically to eliminate the direct-contact drawbacks of traditional hot wedge machines. By substituting a physical copper wedge with an high-output hot air blower system, the SWT-NS700 changed the dynamics of field lining operations:
Instead of scraping against the membrane, the SWT-NS700 directs a controlled, high-temperature hot air stream into the overlapping seam area. This provides continuous thermal penetration without burning, sticking, or scratching sensitive polymers like PVC or EVA.
Forced hot air actively purges micro-dust particles from the immediate seam surface prior to pressing, preventing particle inclusions inside the weld bond.
Equipped with a digital display, PID automatic constant temperature regulation, and a PWM motor drive circuit, the machine maintains steady target temperatures and constant travel speed even under variable voltage or creeping slope loads.
