• Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system is designed by the engineer who is one of the drafters of China Butt Fusion Welding Standards. The system has the following features: ,

• Stop button. By pressing the stop button quickly, the heater and cutter can move in point motion, reacting to your control action instantly and in perfect precision, By pressing the stop button for 3 seconds, the heater and cutter will move back to the starting point automatically.
• The work table is equally divided into the left side and the right side. You can choose to move only one side of the work table, for a better milling result on pipe ends. You can also choose to speed up or slow down the movement of the work table.
• The dual hydraulic system. We are proud to say that we are the only company in China that uses the dual hydraulic system in pipe fitting machine.
• Butt fusion processes comply with DVS standards. During the butt fusion process, the rising pressure T4 meets the DVS standards.

• Automatic butt fusion welding process

This series of pipe fitting machine is equipped with automatic butt fusion welding process. We use motion sensor imported from Germany, for an accurate movement and better control.

• USB Port

• There is a USB port on the control panel. You can save every fusion welding data, or print out each welding data through the printer.
• The USB port can also be used to upgrade the software of the pipe fitting machine. When you want to change welding standards, just give us your standards and we can prepare the standards for you to upload.
• Oil cylinder. Each oil cylinder is equipped with a buffering device. During operation , there is no impact force on machine parts as a result, machine parts are well protected.
• Safety protection. When cutter is running, press the backward button and the cutter will stop automatically for safety protection.
• Color screen display on control panel.
