The temperature control of Cx9oo Hot Wedge Welder adopts automatic constant temperature PID control,which has Precise temperature; the speed control adopts pulse width modulation (PWM) automatic voltage and speed stabilization circuit; the DC servo motor drive has large output torque can maintain a constant speed when climbing.

1. The temperature and speed are controlled by computer chip programming, and the LCD screen digitally displays the temperature and speed.
2. Equipped with a copper hot wedge, the thermal conductivity of copper is 4 times that of brass. Copper has good viscosity and the fixing screws are not loose.
3. The wading depth of the machine is 50mm (water less than or equal to 50mm will not burn the machine). The heating cartridge adopts a curved tube design.
4. The entire bearing of the machine is imported from Germany.
5. The gearbox transmission adopts the most advanced helical gear transmission technology.
