Product Overview

The CX700 is a reliable hot wedge welder designed for welding PEHD geomembrane and polypropylene/HDPE materials with a thickness range of 1–4 mm. Weighing 11.5 kg and delivering 2400 W of power, it is built for dependable, continuous performance on demanding job sites.

The main frame is constructed from aviation aluminum, a material chosen for its light weight, high strength, and resistance to deformation. It is produced using a die casting process with an open steel mold on a 1500-ton die casting machine. After forming, the surface receives a painted finish for added durability and a professional appearance.

Product Features

1. Main Frame Design

The main frame is made of aviation aluminum, die-cast and surface-painted, combining light weight with high strength.
2. Precision Bearings

Bearing positions and screw holes are CNC machined, using Japanese IKO needle roller bearings and German NSK deep groove ball bearings.
3. Digital Display Screen

Temperature and speed are controlled by computer chip programming, with an LCD screen providing digital readouts of both values.
4. Pressure Adjustment

The entire bearing assembly of the machine is imported from Germany.
5. Hot Wedge

Equipped with a copper hot wedge, whose thermal conductivity is four times that of brass. Copper offers good viscosity, and the fixing screws are not easy to loosen.
6. Heating Cartridge

The machine has a wading depth of 50 mm, meaning water at or below 50 mm will not damage the machine. The heating cartridge adopts a curved tube design.
