The CX300 features 1400W power and 7kg net weight. As a dual-purpose welder, it supports single-side feeding for unilateral welding (commonly used for biogas ponds, landfill covers and circular aquaculture ponds), as well as both-side feeding for left-right overlap lap welding.

Product Advantages:

1. Main Frame Design
   The main frame is made of aviation aluminum, die-cast, and painted on the surface, which is light and strong.
2. Precision Bearings
   The bearing position and screw holes are CNC machined, using Japanese IKO needle roller bearings and German NSK deep groove ball bearings.
3. Digital Display Screen
   The temperature and speed are controlled by computer chip programming, and the LCD screen digitally displays the temperature and speed.
4. Pressure Adjustment
   The double handle design is ergonomic, and the pressure nut is equipped with a high-strength spring for easy adjustment.
5. Hot Wedge
   Equipped with a copper hot wedge, the thermal conductivity of copper is 4 times than that of brass. Copper has good viscosity and the fixing screws are not easy to loose.
6. Heating Cartridge
   The wading depth of the machine is 50mm (water less than or equal to 50mm will not burn the machine). The heating cartridge adopts a curved tube design.

Application Case – CX300 Geomembrane Welder for Small-Scale Southeast Asian Aquaculture
A family-run tilapia farm in central Indonesia operated several small, irregularly shaped earthen ponds, where a heavy welding machine would be difficult to move between sites. The owner also ran a small biogas digester beside the farm, so equipment that could handle both pond liners and biogas cover films was a practical advantage.
The farm selected the CANEX CX300 (1400W, only 7kg). Its light, compact frame could be carried by one operator and set up quickly on narrow pond banks, while the dual-purpose design supported single-side feeding for biogas and circular pond welding, as well as both-side overlap welding when joining liner sheets. The digital display let local workers set temperature and speed easily, reducing reliance on skilled operators. The copper hot wedge delivered stable seams on thin-to-medium HDPE liners, and the adjustable pressure accommodated the different film gauges used across the ponds.
After welding, all pond and digester seams passed simple leak checks with minimal rework. The CX300 proved well suited to small, distributed aquaculture sites: easy to transport, simple to operate, and flexible enough for multiple farm applications within a limited budget.
