2. Main Frame
The frame uses aviation aluminum — lightweight, high-strength and deformation-resistant. An open steel mold is die-cast in one shot on a 1500-ton die-casting machine (not sand casting), then painted before finish machining. Bearing seats and screw holes are machined in one setup on CNC machines, with precision up to 0.01mm.

3. Bearings & Transmission
The most loaded lower pressure wheel uses original Japanese IKO needle roller bearings; other transmission shafts use original German NSK deep groove ball bearings. Gears and shafts are made of 42CrMo, nitrided before assembly and produced to standard machining processes, preventing gear breakage and shaft failure.

4. Hot Wedge & Heating System
Copper and brass hot wedges are available, both with inflatable channels for air-pressure seam testing (brass by default, copper optional). The curved heating cartridge resists burn-out even when the machine contacts water in humid sites. The guard is screw-fixed and filled with silicone for superior sealing and insulation.

5. Guide Rail & Pressure Adjustment
The lower support rail is an eccentric wheel adjustable to film thickness; the upper pressure wheel is spring-loaded and adapts automatically to different gauges. The guide rail combines a copper sleeve with a stainless steel shaft for durable, reliable use. Ergonomic dual handles open and close easily and keep the machine steady during welding. The pressure nut contains a high-strength spring for smooth adjustment. The chamfered wedge holder prevents film scratching; the drive and direction wheels use oil-sealed, fully sealed bearings.
